Tailgating - With Umbrella Table

• As purchaser of this tailgate package you are herein considered “the Host”
• The Meadows is centrally located and an easy walk to Brooklandwood Village, the Parade Ring, and the Corgi races.
• There is a festive feel in the Meadow as Meadows Rail and Meadows Back Row patrons mingle with ample space between the two rows.
• Each Meadows Rail Tailgate accommodates a maximum of 14 patrons per space.
• Included is a 9ft umbrella over a 4ft round table with white linen. There is a festive feel in the Meadows as Meadows Back Row and Meadows Rail patrons mingle with ample space between the two rows.
• Your package comes with (1) Meadows Rail Parking Pass to park 1 vehicle at your tailgate, and (2) Patron Badges.
• ALL patrons joining your tailgate, regardless of age, must have and wear their own Patron Badge, which must be purchased by the Host.
• (1) Patron Parking Pass will be given for every 4 extra badges ordered, for a Maximum of  3 Patron Parking Passes total. *All Vehicles must have a Vehicle Pass to enter the gates
• The Host has the option of purchasing up to (2) Green Spring Vehicle Parking Passes for the convenience of your guest patrons. The Green Spring Lot is just a 2-minute walk to the Meadows entrance.
• No patron-supplied tents, awnings, canopies or umbrellas are allowed.
• Vehicle restrictions apply.  No vehicle higher than 7ft or longer than 30 ft will be allowed access to the Meadows.

The Meadows Rail package includes:

• 2 Patron badges
• 1 vehicle pass to park at your tailgating area
• One 4ft round table with white linens, and a 9ft umbrella
• 15’x40′ assigned space that accommodates 14 (ALL patrons joining your tailgate, regardless of age, must have and wear their own Patron Badge, which must be purchased by the Host)
• Chairs are not included and must be purchased separately through Party Reflections or you may bring your own

Space Assignments:  Unless you own a PSL (Private Space License), your tailgating space will be randomly assigned and will be noted on your parking pass.

Your party may order up to four spaces in a tailgating area. Each tailgate space along with any additional badges or Green Spring Parking passes must be added separately to your cart. Spaces purchased in a single order will automatically be placed side by side unless requested otherwise.
