Meadows Back Row

(Please note 2024 changes)

• As purchaser of this tailgate package you are herein considered “the Host”
• The Meadows is centrally located and an easy walk to Brooklandwood Village, the Parade Ring, and the Corgi races.
• There is a festive feel in the Meadow as Meadows Back Row and Meadows Rail patrons mingle with ample space between the two rows.
• Each Meadows Back Row Tailgate accommodates a maximum of 14 patrons per space.
• Included is a 10×10 tent situated one row off the rail and behind Meadows Rail tailgating. There are 3 designated viewing areas along the rail for patrons in Meadows Back Row to watch the races up close.
• Your package comes with (1) Meadows Back Row Parking Pass to park 1 vehicle at your tent, and (2) Patron badges.
• ALL patrons joining your tailgate, regardless of age, must have and wear their own Patron Badge, which must be purchased by the Host.
• (1) Patron Parking Pass will be given for every 4 extra badges ordered, for a Maximum of 2 Patron Parking Passes total.
• All Vehicles must have a Vehicle Pass to enter the gates
• The Host has the option of purchasing up to (2) Green Spring Vehicle Parking Passes for the convenience of your guest patrons. The Green Spring Lot is just a 2-minute walk to the Meadows entrance.
• No patron-supplied tents, awnings, canopies or umbrellas are allowed.
• Vehicle restrictions apply:  No vehicles taller than 7ft or longer that 30ft will be allowed  in this tailgate area.

PLEASE NOTE: Tables, chairs, linens, etc, are NOT included and must be ordered through our designated Official Vendors. We do run rain or shine, so absolutely no refunds.

Each Meadows Back Row package includes:

• 2 Patron badges
• 1 vehicle pass to park at your tailgating area
• One 10’ x 10’ tent
• 15’x40′ tailgating area that accommodates 14 (ALL patrons joining your tailgate, regardless of age, must have and wear their own Patron Badge)

Space Assignments:  Unless you own a PSL (Private Space License), your tailgating space will be randomly assigned and will be noted on your parking pass.

Valley View

(Please note 2024 changes)

• As purchaser of this tailgate package you are herein considered “the Host”
• Located on the outside rail between turn 2 and turn 3, Valley View provides some of the best viewing of the races.
• It is especially great for people who are happy to hang out at their tailgate as it can be a bit of a walk to the crossings, which take you to the infield where the Corgi races, pony rides and Brooklandwood Village are.
• Each Valley View Tailgate accommodates a maximum of 12 patrons per space.
• Included is a 10×10 tent right on the rail so the horses thunder past your spot.
• Your package comes with (1) Valley View Parking Pass to park 1 vehicle at your tent, and (2) Patron badges.
• ALL patrons joining your tailgate, regardless of age, must have and wear their own Patron Badge, which must be purchased by the Host.
• (1) Patron Parking Pass will be given for every 4 extra badges ordered, for a Maximum of (3) Patron Parking Passes total. All Vehicles must have a Vehicle Pass to enter the gates
• No patron-supplied tents, awnings, canopies or umbrellas are allowed.

Each Valley View Tailgating Package includes:

• 2 Patron badges
• 1 vehicle pass to park at your tailgating area
• One 10’ x 10’ tent
• 12’x20′ tailgating area that accommodates 12 (ALL patrons joining your tailgate, regardless of age, must have and wear their own Patron Badge)

Paddock

(Please note 2024 changes)  

• As purchaser of this tailgate package you are herein considered “the Host”
• This is considered the premier tailgate area as it is located on the inside rail on the finish stretch where horses thunder past your spot and has views of the backstretch as well.
• It is conveniently located to all activities, and is adjacent to the Parade Ring where the horses saddle up and the hat contest takes place.  It is close to the finish line where the Opening Ceremonies take place, the trophies are awarded and the final heat of the Corgi Races take place
• Each Paddock Tailgate accommodates a maximum of 14 patrons per space
• Included is a (1) 9ft umbrella over a 5ft round table with white linen.
• Each Paddock Tailgate comes with (1) Paddock Parking Pass to park 1 vehicle at your tailgate space, and (2) Paddock Badges.
• ALL patrons joining your tailgate, regardless of age, must have and wear their own Paddock Badge, which must be purchased by the Host.
• The Host has the option of purchasing VIP (Lot AA) parking for your guests patrons. Lot AA is a 5-7 minute walk to the Paddock entrance.
• No patron-supplied tents, awnings, canopies or umbrellas are allowed.
• Vehicle restrictions apply.  No vehicle higher than 7ft or longer than 30ft will be allowed in this tailgate area.

The Paddock package includes:

• 2 Paddock badges
• 1 vehicle pass to park at your tailgating area
• 5ft round table with white linens and a 9ft umbrella
• 12’x40′ assigned tailgating area that accommodates 14.  All guests must have a Paddock badge.  (Since the Paddock is a restricted area, all additional Paddock badges for your guests must be purchased by the package holder)
• Chairs are NOT included and must be purchased separately through Party Reflections or you may bring your own

Space Assignments:  Unless you own a PSL (Private Space License), your tailgating space will be randomly assigned and will be noted on your parking pass.

Your party may order up to four spaces in a tailgating area. Each tailgate space along with any additional AA parking passes must be added separately to your cart. Spaces purchased in a single order will automatically be placed side by side unless requested otherwise.

Withers

• As purchaser of this tailgate package you are herein considered “the Host”
• Located on the bottom row of the Infield Tailgating hill just below the Crest. Wither is a single row of tailgate spaces with the festive atmosphere of the infield tailgating but also provides an amazing panoramic view of the grounds and racing.
• It is conveniently located near the Corgi races, Brooklandwood Village, and the pony rides and is a short walk to the rail to watch the racing up close.
• Each Withers Tailgate accommodates a maximum of 12 patrons per space.
• Your package comes with (1) Withers Parking Pass to park 1 vehicle at your tailgate, and (2) Patron Badges.
• ALL patrons joining your tailgate, regardless of age, must have and wear their own Patron Badge, which must be purchased by the Host.
• (1) Patron Parking Pass will be given for every 4 extra badges ordered, for a Maximum of (3) Patron Parking Passes total. All Vehicles must have a Vehicle Pass to enter the gates
• The Host has the option of purchasing up to (2) Green Spring Vehicle Parking Passes for the convenience of your guest patrons. The Green Spring Lot is just a 5 -7 minute walk to the Infield Tailgating areas.

• 1 vehicle pass for 1 car to park at your tailgating area
• 12’x20′ assigned tailgating area that will accommodate 12 (ALL patrons joining your tailgate, regardless of age, must have and wear their own Patron Badge, which must be purchased by the Host)

Space Assignments:  Unless you own a PSL (Private Space License), your tailgating space will be randomly assigned and will be noted on your parking pass.

Old Hilltop

• As purchaser of this tailgate package you are herein considered “the Host”
• Located at the top of the Infield Tailgating hill just above the Crest, Old Hilltop is a short  row of nose-to-nose tailgate spaces with the festive atmosphere of the Infield Tailgating and a popular spot because of the grove of trees above it. The trees do not provide shade for the car but a spot close by to set up a picnic out of the sun and from where one can see some of the racing.
• It is conveniently located to the Corgi races, Brooklandwood Village, and the pony rides and is a short walk to the rail to watch the racing up close.
• Each Old Hilltop Tailgate accommodates a maximum of 12 patrons per space.
• Your package comes with (1) Old Hilltop Parking Pass to park 1 vehicle at your tailgate and (2) Patron Badges.
• ALL patrons joining your tailgate, regardless of age, must have and wear their own Patron Badge, which must be purchased by the Host.
• (1) Patron Parking Pass will be given for every 4 extra badges ordered, for a Maximum of (3) Patron Parking Passes total.
• All Vehicles must have a Vehicle Pass to enter the gates 
• The Host has the option to purchase up to (3) Green Spring Vehicle Parking Passes for the convenience of your guest patrons. The Green Spring Lot is just a 5 -7 minute walk to the Infield Tailgating area.
